Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Proactively source, secure, and grow new business opportunities within the Corporate segment.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and hotel presentations to maximize conversions.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts while ensuring profitability and alignment with revenue strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Events, Marketing, Revenue, and Operations) to ensure flawless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through proactive prospecting and account management.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience within a high-end or luxury hotel, resort, or destination management company.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing strong client relationships.
  • Solid knowledge of Corporate segment.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car are compulsory.
  • Strong understanding of luxury hospitality, sales strategies, and competitive landscapes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple high-profile accounts simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to business development.
  • Formal training or certifications in Sales, Hospitality Management, or related fields are a plus.
  • Ability to perform under pressure with a strong commitment to service excellence.
