Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the freight forwarding industry. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding the company's market share and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, industry events, and online platforms.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

· Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

· Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

· Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or a related field.

· 2+ years’ experience in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.

· Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and international trade regulations.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

UAE driving license

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
