Job Description: Sales Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Executive with at least 1 year of sales experience in the UAE. The role involves generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets, particularly in the safety inspection, testing, and certification sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities, especially in construction, real estate, hospitality, and major industrial clients.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales pitches.

Coordinate with operations/technical teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.

Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.

Follow up on payments and ensure collection from assigned clients.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and update management with insights.

Represent the company in client meetings and business networking events.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of UAE-based sales experience (ideally in safety inspection / testing / certification services or related technical services).

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience counts.

Strong communication skills (English, plus Arabic or other languages is a plus).

Good negotiation and presentation skills.

UAE driving license preferred.

Able to travel as needed to meet clients.
