We are looking for Sales Executive for GCC region. Candidate must have baby product or FMCG sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales for our product across assigned territories in the GCC.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, pharmacies, and modern trade outlets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market share in the region.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients/distributors.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence reports.
- Ensure proper product visibility, placement, and promotions at point-of-sale.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Follow up on receivables and ensure payments are collected as per credit terms.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in baby products or FMCG distribution within the GCC.
- Strong network with distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets in the region.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of GCC market dynamics, distribution channels, and consumer behavior.
- Valid GCC driving license is mandatory.
