Sales Executive

Karachi, Pakistan

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to drive business development and client acquisition in the printing and packaging sector. This role involves direct client interaction, market research, and the ability to identify and close new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients in key industries (FMCG, Pharma, Food & Beverage, etc.).
  • Visit clients for presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Identify customer requirements and offer suitable packaging solutions.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up until order closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and report regularly on performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) for order execution.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of field sales experience, ideally in the printing or packaging industry.
  • Understanding of packaging materials and print technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as per business needs.
