Sales Executive

About the role
We’re looking for a skilled, results-driven Senior Sales Executive fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage) to win new business, grow key accounts, and consistently hit revenue targets.. You’ll lead prospecting, run high-impact demos/presentations, negotiate and close, and nurture strategic client relationships—while staying sharp on market trends and cost modeling to keep us competitive.

Key Responsibilities - What you’ll do

  • Build and execute a pipeline plan to meet/exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Lead sales presentations/demos and communicate clear value propositions.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new accounts; expand share within existing clients.
  • Negotiate terms, close contracts, and coordinate smooth hand-offs to delivery.
  • Maintain strong client relationships as primary point of contact; ensure satisfaction and growth.
  • Track market trends, pricing/cost models, and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, cost modelling techniques, and emerging technologies to ensure competitiveness in all relevant sectors.

Requirements - What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience (manufacturing/advertising/exhibitions preferred).
  • Excellent English (spoken & written); Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter with a track record of hitting targets independently.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM (Zoho CRM preferred).
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
