Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services and communicate their benefits to customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
