Sales Executive

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the construction and building materials market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, builders, and project managers.
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Prepare and present persuasive product presentations and sales proposals.
  • Visit construction sites and client locations to understand needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Handle after-sales service, resolve client concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Building materials: 2 years (Required)
