Sales Executive

Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Executive to expand our Medical Billing team. The ideal candidate will focus on lead generation, client relationship building, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in the US healthcare/medical billing sector.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up with potential clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Meet monthly sales targets (Basic + Commission).
• Keep accurate records of all sales activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in Medical Billing / Healthcare BPO.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work in night shift (US hours).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
