Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with experience in the plastic industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. A valid driving license is mandatory for client visits and fieldwork.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell plastic products manufactured in our factory.
• Develop new business and maintain existing customer accounts.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Regular field visits across assigned territories.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in plastic product sales or a similar field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Must possess a valid driving license.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Knowledge of local/regional market is a plus.
