Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Tele Sales, Customer Care, and Billing Support Executive. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide excellent customer service, support billing queries, and help drive sales for UAE-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads/sales.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products/services.
• Resolve billing-related issues and maintain updated records.
• Maintain CRM entries and follow up on leads or pending customer issues.
• Achieve individual and team sales/service targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in tele sales, customer service, or billing support
• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English.
