Key Responsibilities

• Welcome every visitor with sincerity and genuine warmth
• Assist senior sales executives during customer consultations and styling sessions
• Present jewellery collections with confidence — explaining design stories, materials, and styling suggestions
• Support store operations including inventory checks, packaging, billing coordination, and customer follow-ups
• Maintain an elegant and organized in-store environment
• Coordinate custom orders, resizing, and after-sales service
• Follow all store procedures with accuracy and care
• Attend structured training sessions on jewellery, styling, and communication

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience (internships or campus roles are a plus)
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality
• Strong communication skills — fluency in English and Telugu required; Hindi is a bonus
• Eagerness to learn about diamonds, gold standards, and luxury retail practices
• Willingness to work weekends and festive days (with compensatory weekday offs)
• Professional grooming and a confident presence
• Interest in long-term career growth within luxury retail or client service
