Sales Executive

Job Summary: As the Sales Executive , you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating our team of male sales executive to meet and exceed sales targets. You will play a crucial role in developing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and fostering a positive, high-energy work environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of female tele-sales agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure targets are met.
  • Develop and implement effective tele-sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Handle complex customer inquiries and escalations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience 2-3 years as a Sales Executive or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication (Fluent in English), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in odoo and CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
