Sales Executive

About Us:

Sygmetiv Business Solutions is a growing IT solutions company specializing in ERP solutions, custom software development, mobile app development, and digital transformation services. As we expand our presence in Saudi Arabia, we are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team in Dammam.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify potential clients through calls, visits, and networking.
  • Promote and sell company services including ERP solutions, IT services, and software products.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documentation.
  • Stay updated on company services, promotions, and industry developments.

Key Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of proven sales experience (IT Sales/ERP Sales preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of IT services or ERP solutions is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English, Malayalam and Hindi is required; Arabic is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Saudi driving license preferred.
