Job Description:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections professionally.
• Maintain relationships with clients and provide post-sales support when required.
• Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client-focused approach.
• Well-groomed, confident, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
