Job Title: Sales Executive – Education Courses

Reporting to: Regional Manager / Senior Leadership Team

Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month (depending on experience) + commission

Location: Dubai, UAE (predominantly remote, with travel across UAE/Middle East as required)
Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is central to driving enrolments and revenue for The Fitness Group’s education programmes across the UAE and wider Middle East, including Personal Training, Pilates (Matand Reformer), Sports Therapy, Massage, and specialist CPD workshops.

The successful candidate will combine strong sales skills with a passion for fitness and
education, building lasting relationships with learners, gyms, studios, and partners to supportmthe growth of our courses in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
● Drive new learner enrolments through proactive outreach, follow-up, and closing.
● Manage inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website, and
partnerships.
● Develop relationships with gyms, studios, universities, and other partners to secure
course opportunities.
● Attend industry events (e.g. Dubai Active) to network and generate leads.
● Achieve and exceed monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
Pipeline & Reporting
● Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using CRM systems.
● Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management, including conversion rates
and revenue performance.
● Track KPIs including lead-to-enrolment conversion, show rates, and course payment
completion.
Collaboration & Marketing Support
● Work closely with the marketing team to shape campaigns and promotions for the UAE
and Middle East.
● Support social media and promotional activity by providing on-the-ground insights and
opportunities.
● Collaborate with tutors, admin, and management to ensure high-quality learner
experiences.

Who We Are Looking For

● 2–5 years proven sales experience, ideally within education, training, or fitness.
● Strong ability to close higher-value programmes and work to clear targets.
● Excellent communication skills (phone, WhatsApp, video, and face-to-face).
● Confident working independently while contributing to a small, collaborative team.
● Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
● Comfortable with CRM systems, pipeline management, and reporting.
● Passionate about fitness, education, and helping learners succeed.
