Sales Executive

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Vortexen Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our Fire & Safety Division. The role focuses on Fire Stopping Services, Fire Alarm Systems, and Fire & Safety Products, driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring project opportunities are maximized in compliance with local authority regulations (e.g., Abu Dhabi Civil Defence, QCC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in fire stopping, fire alarm, and fire safety products.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including contractors, consultants, EPCs, government, and semi-government clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with estimation, project, and technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders.
  • Ensure compliance with ADNOC, Civil Defence, and other regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to recommend new products or solutions.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability and timely project execution.
  • Represent Vortexen at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Safety) or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in Abu Dhabi within fire stopping, fire alarm, or fire & safety products/services.
  • Strong understanding of local authority approvals (Abu Dhabi Civil Defence, ADQCC, ADNOC standards).
  • Established network of contacts with contractors, consultants, and government entities in Abu Dhabi.
  • Demonstrated track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets and handling large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
