The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our consultancy services, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Promote the company’s financial and tax consultancy services to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and finance teams to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in financial or consulting services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Good understanding of UAE market dynamics and client relationship management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
