Sales Executive

Shiliguri, India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, site visits, and cold calling.
  • Handle walk-in clients at project sites and explain property features, pricing, and amenities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Conduct property tours and assist clients in selecting suitable properties.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities.
  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist clients with documentation, agreements, and loan/finance processes.
  • Represent the company professionally at property fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach with good networking ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Knowledge of local property markets and real estate regulations.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Prior experience in real estate sales preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any stream (Business/Marketing preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (real estate experience is an advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
