Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, site visits, and cold calling.
- Handle walk-in clients at project sites and explain property features, pricing, and amenities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Conduct property tours and assist clients in selecting suitable properties.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist clients with documentation, agreements, and loan/finance processes.
- Represent the company professionally at property fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with good networking ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Knowledge of local property markets and real estate regulations.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Prior experience in real estate sales preferred.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream (Business/Marketing preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (real estate experience is an advantage).
