Sales Executive

Job Description:
Mars BPO Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Sales Executives for our in-house international campaign. The ideal candidate should be confident, fluent in English, and comfortable communicating with international clients over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Keep detailed records of customer interactions

• Work collaboratively with the sales and support team to ensure smooth operations.
• Fresh candidates with good communication skills are also encouraged to applyAchieve sales targets and maintain performance standards

Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English (verbal and written).
