As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive (Female Preferred) to join our growing corporate sales division.

Position Overview

The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving corporate business growth by identifying new opportunities, building long-term relationships, and managing the entire sales cycle — from proposal to contract renewal.

This role requires a confident communicator, skilled negotiator, and detail-oriented professional with strong understanding of UAE corporate sales, B2B contracts, and commercial law.

Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Sales & Client Relations

  • Identify, target, and secure new B2B contracts with corporate, hospitality, government, and event clients.
  • Develop and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements in line with company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work closely with internal teams to guarantee service quality and customer retention.

Tenders & Contract Management

  • Manage the complete tender and proposal process — from document preparation to bid submission and award.
  • Draft, review, and renew corporate service contracts in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
  • Track contract performance, renewal timelines, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain an organized database of all active, pending, and expired contracts.

Market & Performance Analysis

  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging business opportunities.
  • Monitor KPIs, pipeline performance, and conversion ratios via CRM and ERP tools.
  • Prepare accurate monthly sales and performance reports for management.

Candidate ProfileQualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–7 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B account management, or tenders, ideally within the transportation, logistics, or hospitality sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of UAE business practices, contracts, and procurement procedures.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial sense and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems (Odoo, Salesforce, or Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (both required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
