Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Promotion
- Proactively promote all Value Added Services (e.g., SMS updates, courier return, premium lounge, photocopy, printing, etc.) to applicants.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all VAS offerings and their pricing.
- Ensure transparency and clarity while explaining services to customers.
2. Customer Service & Experience
- Greet and assist applicants courteously and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and guidance about available services.
- Ensure each applicant receives a seamless and satisfactory experience at the VAC.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and concerns effectively and escalate when required.
3. Operational Support
- Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately in the system.
- Reconcile daily VAS sales reports and submit to the supervisor.
- Maintain adequate stock levels for promotional materials and related resources.
- Coordinate with the finance and operations team for timely reporting and documentation.
4. Compliance & Conduct
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.
- Maintain confidentiality of applicant data and follow data protection protocols.
- Ensure compliance with audit and client (embassy/consulate) requirements.

- Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in front-line sales, customer service, or retail environment.
- Experience in visa services, travel, or hospitality sector will be an advantage.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
