A newly established Company managed by FMCG industry veterans urgently seeks applications for Sales Executives for working in (Area): Abu Dhabi/Al Ain & UAQ/RAK/Fujairah
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT RESTRICTED:
1. Visit customers as per the agreed and pre planned route.
2. Understand and gain knowledge of various product categories, packing and pricing model, similar competition products for various distribution channels.
3. Whilst visiting the new customer; understand the product/brand/price used/bought by the customer.
4. Offer right solution to the customer by explaining our various product features and benefits of price, quality and service.
5. Activate new customers by negotiating listing demands (with Retailer), price and terms of business.
6. Retain new customers activated by regular visits/timely service and keep adding new customers via market visits/researching customers’ existing in the route.
7. Keep abreast of competition activities (new product /new categories launched/price change/promotion activities etc) and report to the Manager.
8. Collect outstanding dues from customers on a timely basis by providing soa in advance/sending reminders of payment due dates and control overdue.
9. Prepare and send various MIS reports designed for timely visit follow ups/sample approvals and appointment dates to meet target customers.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE CANDIDATE:
1. Valid UAE driving license.
2. Knowledge of FMCG products & utilise the knowledge to the best advantage.
3. Experience of working with an FMCG Company in the Abu Dhabi/Al Ain & Northern Emirates areas.
4. Good contacts, knowledge of customers existence, and relationship to quickly add and bring them to the Company’s portfolio.
5. Passionate, smart working and disciplined with a positive attitude towards work.
6. Ability to handle various challenges in the sales process and overcome them.
