Job Description – Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)


Location : Muscat, Oman


Role Summary:


The Sales Executive is responsible for finding new customers, selling freight forwarding services, and supporting clients with their shipping needs. The role includes meeting customers, preparing quotes, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth handling of shipments.


Main Responsibilities


  • Find new customers and grow the company’s business.
  • Sell air freight, sea freight, land transport, and customs clearance services.
  • Visit clients regularly and understand their shipping requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and close sales.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing clients for repeat business.



Requirements


  • 1–3 years experience in freight forwarding sales (preferred).
  • Good knowledge of import/export processes and logistics.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driving license (preferred).
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).
