The Sales Specialist – Scaffolding will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and providing tailored scaffolding solutions for construction, industrial, and maintenance projects across Oman. This role demands strong commercial acumen, deep product understanding, and an established customer network in the scaffolding sector.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in scaffolding rental and services.

Manage and grow existing key accounts through regular client engagement and delivering high-quality service.

Conduct market research to identify project pipelines, competitor activities, and pricing trends.

Prepare and deliver professional technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and ensure high conversion rates.

Conduct regular site visits to assess client requirements and recommend appropriate scaffold solutions.

Maintain an updated sales pipeline, weekly activity reports, and revenue forecasts.

Support collection activities and ensure timely payment follow-ups.

Promote strong HSE compliance during all customer interactions and site engagements.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or relevant discipline (preferred).

Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in scaffolding rental/services industry
in Oman

Strong customer network within construction, industrial, oil & gas or infrastructure sectors.

Valid Oman driving license (mandatory).
Skills & Competencies

Strong technical understanding of scaffolding systems such as Cuplock, Ringlock, Frame, and Tube & Fitting.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven track record in lead generation, revenue attainment, and pipeline management.

Ability to interpret site drawings, BOQs, and requirements from clients.

High sense of ownership, teamwork, and customer service mindset.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
