Following our successful launch in Hong Kong in 2023 and full market entry into Saudi Arabia , we are now expanding into the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Qatar as part of our continued global growth.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the growth and performance of regional chain brands, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and overall scale expansion.
• Execute company sales strategies and consistently achieve performance targets.
• Strengthen cooperation between partner brands and the platform across marketing, promotions, and user engagement to enhance brand visibility.
• Develop a deep understanding of partner brand operations and provide tailored delivery solutions.
• Use business and operational data to guide partners toward continuous improvement in delivery operations.
• Build strong coordination with the distribution team to ensure seamless collaboration between brand and platform, continuously enhancing delivery performance.

Job Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in food delivery, F&B, or instant retail; plus 2+ years in a Key Account Management role.
• Proven track record of delivering strong sales results with excellent execution skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and market development abilities, with the ability to identify customer and user needs.
• Highly customer-focused with strong understanding of merchant operations and user experience.
• Arabic speaker with solid English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading).
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Must hold a valid Work Visa in Oman.
