SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SALES EXECUTIVE to join our Technical Company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth in technical company by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your energetic approach and persuasive communication skills will help expand our market presence across various industries. Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing efforts to generate new leads for the technical company and expand the customer base
• Organize or focus on new strategies to get AMC contracts for maintenance, MEP and Ac works.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts effectively to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of each business and treat the customer properly without getting any complaints.
• Develop strategic business development plans to identify market opportunities and foster long-term relationships
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that support sales objectives and increase brand awareness
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining ongoing communication with clients .

Experience

• Proven experience in technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Preferring at least 1 year UAE experience in technical company.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels
• Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling environments preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and business development techniques is advantageous
• Prior experience in customer service roles that involve active listening and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in Maintenance , Ac works and MEP works preferred.
