Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets to drive company revenue.

Business Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities and lead generation.

Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.

Growth Mindset: Proactively seek ways to improve sales techniques and stay updated on market trends.

Market Analysis: Keep an eye on competitors and provide feedback to the management.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in Sales.

Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in the Solar Industry will be highly preferred.

Location: Residents of Johar Town or nearby areas will be given preference.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and "never-give-up" attitude.
