As a Sales Executive, you won't just be selling services; you’ll be architecting supply chain solutions. You will identify new business opportunities, build lasting relationships with key industrial players, and drive revenue growth across our freight forwarding, warehousing, and transport sectors.
What You’ll Do
* Business Development: Hunt for new leads and convert them into long-term accounts.
* Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring our partners receive world-class service.
* Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and regional shipping demands.
* Strategic Pitching: Prepare and present compelling proposals tailored to unique client logistics needs.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 3+ years in Sales, preferably within Shipping, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding.
* Local Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Oman market (specifically Sohar and Muscat) and regional port operations.
* Communication: Fluent in English (Arabic is a major plus); you should be able to negotiate with confidence and wit.
* Drive: A self-starter who views "no" as just the start of a negotiation.
* Mobility: A valid Omani driving license is essential.
