The Role (Field-Based, Target-Driven)

You will:

• Visit hardware & sanitary shops daily
• Open new dealer accounts
• Push full product range (not just fast movers)
• Handle collections independently
• Manage pricing pressure & objections
• Deliver monthly sales + collection targets

Experience in Deira / Sharjah Industrial / Ajman markets is required.

We’re Looking For:

✔ 5+ years UAE building materials sales experience
✔ Existing dealer/retailer network
✔ Confidence in credit discussions & payment follow-ups
✔ Ability to work independently
✔ Currently in (or recently held) a similar role
