- Conduct market research to identify new selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, site visits, and social media platforms.
- Arrange meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations.
- Generate quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals effectively.
- Handle customer objections and complaints in a professional manner.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and financial data for management review.
- Ensure availability of stock for customer requirements and product demonstrations in coordination with the supply chain team.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry conferences on behalf of the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, accounts, logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management for product and service improvement.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall division growth.
