Loadlink Dispatch is a professional truck dispatching company dedicated to helping owner-operators and small fleets maximize their efficiency and profitability across the United States. We specialize in Dry Van and Box Truck dispatching , managing both FTL (Full Truckload) and LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipments.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with owner-operators and fleet owners, and converting them into long-term dispatching clients .

This role requires strong communication, persuasive sales skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and reach out to owner-operators and small fleet owners across the US market
  • Present and explain the company’s truck dispatching services to potential clients
  • Generate leads through cold calling, social media, and online platforms
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Negotiate deals and close new dispatch service contracts
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Sales or Business Development
  • Experience in dispatch sales, logistics sales, freight brokerage sales, or trucking industry sales is highly preferred
  • Candidates with strong sales experience from other industries (B2B, call center sales, digital services, real estate, etc.) are also encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Office, and computer applications
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in logistics, transportation, trucking, or dispatching industry
