Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to support our client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The ideal candidate will bring 1–3 years of sales experience, with a strong ability to manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the company’s overall sales strategy.

In this role, you will focus on improving sales performance, nurturing client partnerships, and supporting the strategic goals of the sales department. You will also collaborate with management to present sales plans, reports, and forecasts that contribute to the company’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive revenue growth by managing the sales pipeline and achieving sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and business goals.
  • Prepare and present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to management.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the client base and strengthen the company’s market presence.

Team Collaboration & Strategy

  • Contribute to setting sales goals and objectives aligned with organizational targets.
  • Support coaching and performance monitoring of sales team members when required.
  • Stay informed about market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive activities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market insights.
  • Leadership mindset with strong management capabilities.
