Promote and sell credit cards, personal loans, and other banking products to potential customers.
Identify and approach prospective clients through various sales channels, including field sales, and conduct face-to face meetings and presentations to explain product features, benefits, and terms.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition:
- Generate leads through networking, events, and customer referrals.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable banking products.
- Follow up with potential clients to ensure successful conversions.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of sales experience in banking, financial services, or related industries.
- Experience in selling credit cards, loans, or banking products is a plus.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a persuasive approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-driven, self motivated, and able to thrive in a target oriented environment.
- Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads into sales.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
