Job Description: Sales Executive

Job Summary

A Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and promoting products or services to achieve company revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Activities

Identify and approach potential customers

Promote and sell company products or services

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations

Negotiate prices and close deals

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Follow up on leads and customer inquiries

Provide after-sales support

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues

Market & Business Development

Conduct market research and identify new opportunities

Monitor competitors and market trends

Generate leads through calls, visits, and networking

Expand customer base

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain records of sales activities and clients

Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, marketing)

Ensure timely delivery of products/services

Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Sales and persuasion ability

Customer service skills

Confidence and self-motivation

Time management and target-oriented mindset

Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software)

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

1–3 years of sales experience (preferred)

Freshers may be considered for junior roles

Driving license (often required in Gulf countries)
