Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive who excels at creating and closing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will adopt a consultative sales approach, leveraging their expertise to identify, qualify, and convert leads into successful sales with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Generate business from both new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build strong rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ year of quota-carrying sales experience
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Details:

  • Shift: 5 days a week
  • Working Hours: 9 hours per day (UK Shift)
  • Salary: Up to PKR 85,000 + commissions
  • Location: Building #13-J, GITMIT Co-Working Space, Gulberg III, Lahore
