Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and regularly update Excel sheets with accurate client and sales data
* Schedule and coordinate product/service demonstrations with prospective clients
* Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and existing clients to support sales closure
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
* Identify potential business opportunities and assist in lead generation activities
* Maintain accurate records of client communications, meetings, and sales activities
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes
* Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
* Track inquiries, leads, and conversion status effectively
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
* 1–2 years of experience in sales or a similar role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
* Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up effectively
* Target-driven, organized, and professional attitude
Job Details
Location: Bahria Town, Karachi
Salary: PKR 150,000 – 200,000 per month (depending on experience and skill set)
Employment Type: Full-Time (Hybrid)
