Sales Executive

Job Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident individual (male or female) to handle incoming sales leads and perform outbound calling to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional attitude, and a basic understanding of sales or customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential leads.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with leads, generate interest, and qualify prospects.
  • Record details of interactions and update CRM or lead management tools.
  • Identify customer needs and provide relevant information about our products/services.
  • Schedule appointments or pass qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during all conversations.
  • Meet daily/weekly calling targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken English (bonus if fluent in Urdu/Hindi for regional targeting).
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, call center, sales, or customer support is a plus.
  • Confident phone presence and ability to handle objections.
  • Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, digital marketing, or tech industry (if relevant to your company).
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar (if applicable).

Salary: Fixed + Incentives/Commission (based on performance)
