Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to support our client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of sales experience and a strong ability to manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

In this role, you will focus on driving sales performance, maintaining key accounts, and aligning with the company’s long-term growth plans. You will also collaborate with management to develop sales strategies, forecasts, and actionable plans to enhance revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Achieve sales targets by effectively managing and optimizing the sales pipeline.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, revenue insights, and realistic forecasts to management.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.

Collaboration & Strategic Planning

  • Contribute to setting sales objectives aligned with overall business goals.
  • Support performance tracking and provide guidance to junior sales team members when needed.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy development and execution.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively.
  • Leadership mindset with strong decision-making abilities.
