Sales Executive — Job Description
Role summary
A Sales Executive drives revenue by identifying prospects, closing new business, and growing accounts. They manage the full sales cycle, meet quota, and represent the company to customers while providing market feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Prospecting & lead generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities via cold outreach, referrals, networking, events, and inbound leads.
- Sales cycle management: Manage end-to-end sales process — discovery, needs assessment, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Account management: Maintain and grow assigned accounts, upsell/cross-sell products or services, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Pipeline & forecasting: Maintain accurate CRM records, update pipeline status, and provide reliable forecasts.
- Product expertise: Present product demos, create tailored proposals, and articulate value propositions to different stakeholder types.
- Target achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales quotas and KPIs.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, customer success, product, and operations to align on campaigns, pricing, onboarding, and customer feedback.
- Reporting & market feedback: Track competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs; report insights to influence product and go-to-market strategy.
Required skills & qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3+ years in sales, business development, or related roles (varies by level).
- Proven track record meeting sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic Excel skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with cold outreach.
- Ability to build rapport with decision-makers and manage multiple opportunities concurrently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR89.10 - QAR130.15 per hour
