Welcome customers and provide a premium showroom experience
Present Harley-Davidson motorcycles, accessories, and merchandise professionally
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Handle sales documentation and coordinate delivery process
Support showroom display standards and brand image
Explain financing options, promotions, and aftersales services
Maintain accurate customer data using CRM systems
Participate in events, rides, and brand activities when required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Previous sales experience is preferred, especially in automotive or luxury retail
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Presentable and customer-oriented personality
Good command of English
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Passion for motorcycles and premium brands is a plus
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Motorcycle riding license is an advantage
