ABOUT THE ROLE / ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell company formation, post-incorporation, and business support services to new and existing clients. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you will guide clients through establishing their businesses, maintaining corporate compliance, and accessing ongoing operational and immigration services. This is a target-driven role suited to a proactive sales professional with knowledge of business setup and corporate services in the KSA market.
The Sales Executive may sell and support the following services:

Company formation, business setup, commercial registration, and licensing.

License renewal and amendment services and corporate document processing.

Government relations and PRO/GRO services.
-
Visa and immigration support.
-
Office and address solutions.
-
Payroll and HR support services.
-
Compliance and post-incorporation support and other business support services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, referrals, networking, online platforms, and company marketing channels.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to uncover new sales opportunities.

Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
Sales & Deal Closing

Meet prospective clients, understand their business requirements, and recommend suitable service packages.

Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, service agreements, and commercial offers in coordination with the relevant internal departments.

Follow up with leads and clients to close deals and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Clearly inform clients about required documents, timelines, fees, and service procedures.
Client Relationship Management & Retention

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring continuous communication after onboarding.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support client retention and revenue growth.
Cross-functional Coordination

Coordinate with operations, legal, government relations (PRO/GRO), finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Reporting & CRM

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client communications, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
REQUIREMENTS
Education / Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales and marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
Experience
-
3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, company formation, corporate services, PRO services, or business support services.

Solid understanding of business setup, post-incorporation, and immigration processes, with familiarity with the relevant authorities, e.g., MISA, Ministry of Commerce, Qiwa, and Muqeem in KSA.
