About the Role
BYD is looking for dynamic, well-groomed, and customer-focused Sales Executives to join BYD Flagship Store. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while promoting BYD's innovative electric vehicle lineup.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist showroom visitors in a professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable BYD vehicle models.
- Conduct product presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and test drive arrangements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on BYD products, features, financing options, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is must.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Professional appearance and strong personal grooming standards.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with a passion for sales.
