Sales Executive

About the Role

BYD is looking for dynamic, well-groomed, and customer-focused Sales Executives to join BYD Flagship Store. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while promoting BYD's innovative electric vehicle lineup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist showroom visitors in a professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable BYD vehicle models.
  • Conduct product presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and test drive arrangements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated on BYD products, features, financing options, and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is must.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and strong personal grooming standards.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-centric attitude with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
