Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle for our automation services — identifying businesses that could benefit from automation, understanding their pain points, and showing them how we can solve them. You'll be a consultative seller who can translate technical capability into clear business value.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal and close
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, calls, email, LinkedIn, and inbound follow-up
  • Run discovery calls to understand each client's processes and identify automation opportunities
  • Present and pitch tailored automation solutions that map to real business outcomes
  • Prepare proposals, scope engagements, and negotiate terms with the delivery team's input
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline in the CRM, keeping records accurate and up to date
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Work closely with the technical/delivery team to ensure what's sold can be delivered
  • Gather client feedback and feed market insights back to the team
  • Stay current on automation trends, tools, and the competitive landscape

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
