As a Sales Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle for our automation services — identifying businesses that could benefit from automation, understanding their pain points, and showing them how we can solve them. You'll be a consultative seller who can translate technical capability into clear business value.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal and close
- Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, calls, email, LinkedIn, and inbound follow-up
- Run discovery calls to understand each client's processes and identify automation opportunities
- Present and pitch tailored automation solutions that map to real business outcomes
- Prepare proposals, scope engagements, and negotiate terms with the delivery team's input
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline in the CRM, keeping records accurate and up to date
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Work closely with the technical/delivery team to ensure what's sold can be delivered
- Gather client feedback and feed market insights back to the team
- Stay current on automation trends, tools, and the competitive landscape
