Alpine Furniture and Fixtures LLC is a Dubai-based joinery company producing high-quality furniture and bespoke fixtures. As we grow, we are looking for a driven sales professional to help win the next wave of work.

The Mandate

This is a pure sales role for a hunter. As Sales Executive, you will be out in the market every day - generating leads, building relationships, and closing joinery and fixtures projects. You will be measured on one thing above all: results.

If you know how to open a door, work a pipeline, and bring a deal home, and you treat every target as a line you intend to beat - this role is built for you.

What You'll Own

• Carry and deliver your own sales target - consistently and without excuses.
• Prospect, pitch, and win joinery, furniture, and fixtures projects across the UAE.
• Generate new leads and convert them into clients through active, on-the-ground business development.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline, from first contact through to signed contract.
• Develop strong relationships with developers, consultants, interior designers, contractors, and end clients.
• Negotiate pricing and terms in line with commercial targets, with support from the Sales Manager.
• Keep accurate records, forecasts, and pipeline updates, and feed back market intelligence.
• Represent Alpine professionally at site visits, client meetings, and industry events.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of sales experience, with a proven, hard-numbers track record - ideally in joinery, furniture, fit-out, or fixtures.
• A strong sales background and the instincts of a natural closer.
• An active network across the UAE interiors, fit-out, and construction market is a strong advantage.
• Arabic speaking is an advantage.
• Valid driving license (mandatory).
• Age below 40, with the energy and hunger to chase and close.
• A self-starter who takes full ownership of the number and thrives under target pressure.
