Sales Executive - Aluminium & Glass Industry

Job Title: Sales Executive - Aluminium, Glass / Related Building Materials (Abu Dhabi)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. While prior experience in the aluminium and glass industry is strongly preferred, we also welcome candidates with proven sales success in related construction or building materials sectors who are eager to bring their skills into this industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aluminium, glass, and broader construction materials market
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and key decision-makers
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical materials tailored to client needs
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals and maximize profitability
• Stay informed on market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activity
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business

Requirements

• 2-3 years of sales experience in the aluminium & glass industry OR a related construction/building materials sector
• Strong knowledge of relevant products, services, and industry practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, results-focused, and capable of working independently
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
• UAE driving license preferred
