Promote and sell BuyParts24 Market Place to the Customer (Buyers), ensure profitability, and manage the full on-boarding process from initial contact with a Customer, through to closing the sale for assigned Dubai territory in line with overall BuyParts24 strategy and objectives. Establish and foster relationships to improve commercial partnerships and stimulate the Customer (Buyer) to make purchases via BuyParts24 Market Place.


Sales Development:

• Achieve weekly, monthly and annual financial goals/targets by proactively and rigorously engaging in sales activities to deliver superior results.

• Provide right advice to the Customers (buyers) by gaining updates related to product knowledge. Act as the face of the company and offer exemplary customer service to all Customers (Buyers).

• Effectively follow sales procedure and process to close a sale. Conduct field visits, understand Customer’s requirements and assess his current situation to establish product need, availability.

• Communicate effectively with Customers (buyers) and maintain up to date information regarding new initiatives, prices, promotions, new products listings, and product de-lists.

• Promote long term growth leveraging approaches such as frequently visiting designated territory Garages/Work Shops in Dubai that will deliver loyal highly satisfied actively engaged Customers (Buyers).

• Build and manage relations with Customers ensuring prompt attention to all customer queries and requests, resolution of issues and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships by providing an efficient, reliable, friendly and courteous service to all customers.

• Approach new Customers (Buyers) in the assigned Dubai territory and follow up on the leads provided by the line manager.

• Conduct market research activities (as advised by the line manager) including promotional activities, full product coverage and promote the BuyParts24 application accordingly

On-Boarding Process:

• Provide right advice to the Customers (buyers) during on-boarding them in the Market place by constantly acquiring ongoing training and updates.

• Explain technical specifications, in relation to BuyParts 24 performance, suitability & usage/application to Customers (Buyers).

Sales Administration:

• Complete sales administration tasks i.e complete before and after sales process (sales processing, CRM, communicating with customers, maintaining up-to-date customer profile, ensuring signing of required digital documentation etc.

• Support in the development of Sales MIS Reports to be presented to the higher management for decision making and analysis of overall Sales.

Relationship & Stakeholder Management:

• Develop and build close relationships with, key external stakeholders and internal executives from the Category Management Department and Sales team, to provide market feedback pertaining to pricing, variety, demand and promotional activities (according to the season).

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on matters related to BuyParts24 with other Functions/Departments/Sections of GAG in order to facilitate flow of information and also to build awareness in those areas.
