Sales Executive - Automobile/New Car

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive new car sales through both showroom walk-in customers and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for automobiles, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful sales while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and assist walk-in customers at the showroom, understanding their requirements and recommending suitable vehicle options.
  • Actively develop and manage corporate clients to generate bulk and repeat business opportunities.
  • Conduct product presentations, explain vehicle features, and arrange test drives for potential buyers.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both individual and corporate customers.
  • Handle complete sales cycle including booking, documentation, and coordination with finance/insurance teams.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and prospects to ensure maximum conversion.
  • Stay updated on new car models, pricing, and competitor offerings.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage referrals and repeat sales.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in automobile sales (new cars preferred) will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per hour
