Job Type: Permanent – Full Time (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive with a strong background in B2B sales within the Pharmaceutical, Food, or Cosmetics sector. The individual will be responsible for driving sales growth, building long-term business relationships, and achieving set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new B2B clients in the Pharmaceutical, Food, and Cosmetics industries.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients for business development and payment recovery.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Map and cover assigned sales territories effectively.
  • Maintain records and update CRM systems with sales activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B Sales (Pharma, Food, or Cosmetics industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, negotiation, and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM usage and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
