Sales Executive- B2B Sales Building Materials

We are seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Project Sales Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a comprehensive range of building materials, including tiles, marble, paints, electrical lighting, and sanitary products.

This role requires a proactive professional with a solid background in the construction industry and strong relationship-building skills with key project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector.
• Promote and sell products to contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and other key decision-makers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely communication and superior service.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals successfully.
• Maintain organized records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions.

Reporting & Coordination

• Keep detailed documentation of client communications, sales performance, and ongoing activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, on-time deliveries, and excellent after-sales support.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the building materials or construction industry (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle (preferred).
